Our team reviews scope of work, plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents before preparing a detailed and accurate proposal for our clients.

Our team understands scheduling is critical to the success of a project. We work closely with the general contractor and project team to complete work on time, as scheduled.

MAWP has more than 30 years’ experience working on federal and state military installation and government projects. MAWP has successfully completed projects at over 20 military installations. These include: McConnell Air Force Base, KS; Whitman Air Force Base, MO; Fort Polk, LA; Fort Leavenworth, KS; Fort Leonard Wood, MO; Fort Sill, OK; Fort Carson, CO; and Fort Campbell, KY. We are very proud of the positive working relationships we have established with many government personnel at Fort Riley, and the other project locations across the United States.

MAWP has worked successfully with each succeeding General Contractor on the Job Order Contract (JOC) at Fort Riley, Kansas since its inception. We work in cooperation with these contractors through all aspects of a project. This includes attending initial site visits, providing mechanical and plumbing design and engineering, creating line-item proposals, production of CAD drawings, attending negotiations, and all other aspects through project completion.

MAWP has worked with many general contractors who hold MATOC and MEDCOM contracts throughout the United States. Working closely with each of them through the initial proposal, design and construction phases.

MAWP has worked closely with many general contractors on healthcare facilities both private and military. We have worked on U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) contracts all over the United States. These projects include renovations to hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics and veterinary treatment facilities. As a strategic partner, we attend initial site visits and work with the design team throughout the bid, design and construction phases to minimize unknowns and risks to the general contractor, as well as MAWP, while staying within budget. Our project managers and tradesmen have the knowledge and experience to work in healthcare facilities, understanding that patient care is the top priority. Our team works day and night to ensure there is minimal disruption throughout each phase of the project.
