Project scope was to convert an empty retail lease space into a full service grocery store complete with all equipment and deli.
The project included the complete replacement of the plumbing sanitary sewer plumbing and water systems.
New kitchen equipment included range hoods, make up air units and exhaust fans.
New HVAC systems and equipment including refrigeration systems for the display and walk-in coolers and freezers.
