BLDG 7243 & 7608 Renovation’s – Fort Riley, KS

The work included interior renovations to Building 7243 to support conversion from a 6 COF facility to a 3 COF facility as well as conversion of Building 7608 to a single large COF along with exterior improvements and incidental related work.

MAWP installed the HVAC & Plumbing Systems for the renovations which included:

11 Air Handling Units

2 Ductless Mini-Split Units

2 Boilers

1 Air Cooled Chiller

4 Hot Water Pumps

2 Chilled Water Pumps

2 Unit Heaters

7 Exhaust Fans

8 Return Fans
