Repair 12,000 SF of existing admin/office space in Building 1185 to a revised admin/office floor plan with offices, conference rooms, and some storage spaces for flight publications and electronic hard drives. The location of the work is at McConnell AFB 67221.
MAWP performed the mechanical and plumbing work on the project which included a new AHU, VAV’s, ductless split systems, supply fans, exhaust fans, dehumidifier and other mechanical equipment.
The building was occupied during construction so consideration for the occupants was a priority.
